  • Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in coaching and counseling. She has worked with adolescents and college-aged students throughout her career and has more recently enjoyed working with families and couples.

    Kelsey is Gottman Level 1 certified and is passionate about helping couples improve communication, deepen understanding, and build empathy within their relationships. She believes that an effective couples counselor can help facilitate clarity and connection where roadblocks once existed, and she is dedicated to supporting couples through challenging times.

    Kelsey has also worked with athletes on mental wellness and performance, a focus she has found especially rewarding in both her roles as a coach and a counselor.
