Anna Fried, LCSW
Anna is motivated to deliver high-quality care using knowledge from 14 years of extensive clinical practice and training in NYC and Philadelphia.
She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Her approach combines skills-based therapies with mindfulness and an understanding of how the brain and nervous system contribute to emotional and behavioral patterns.
Anna is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), an integrative approach that combines ketamine treatment with psychotherapy to support emotional processing, increased psychological flexibility, and meaningful personal growth. She incorporates evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mindfulness to help clients explore new perspectives, deepen self-understanding, and integrate insights into their daily lives.
