Tracy Sciulli, PhD, LPC
As Executive Director of Clinical and Practice Development at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, Tracy Sciulli leads with both vision and compassion. Her leadership centers on building systems that empower clinicians and support clients—ensuring that everyone who walks through the door benefits from a coordinated, strengths-based approach to care.
With advanced training in counseling, health psychology, organizational leadership, and educational psychology with a focus in neuroscience, Tracy blends science and strategy to create therapeutic environments where people can truly thrive. She is deeply committed to evidence-based modalities such as CBT, while also guiding clients toward lifestyle strategies that regulate the nervous system, enhance resilience, and build upon their innate strengths.
Tracy’s approach to leadership mirrors her approach to therapy: grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and connection. By fostering a culture of support and innovation within the practice, she ensures that care is not only clinically rigorous but also deeply human.
For clients, this translates to access to a practice shaped by a systems-oriented vision—therapy that is practical, relational, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change.
From Tracy Sciulli:
“What makes being part of the team at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry so meaningful is the way we combine clinical excellence with genuine collaboration. As a leader, I get to help shape systems that support our clinicians, and as a therapist, I see how that directly benefits clients—creating an environment where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.”
