Dorota Ketch, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in treating patients across their lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Anderson University and has dedicated nearly 20 years to healthcare, taking on many roles throughout her career. Her experience ranges from working as a nursing assistant, emergency medical technician, and registered nurse to serving as a nursing supervisor and preceptor.

Dorota's journey in mental health began in 2017 at a psychiatric facility, where she started as a charge nurse in the adolescent unit. This role provided her with invaluable insight into the complexities of mental health and the critical importance of creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. Her time as a nursing supervisor further exposed her to a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, often in challenging circumstances, fueling her commitment to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Since the founding of our practice, Dorota has been a key member of Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, helping to develop our Interventional Psychiatry Services, including our Ketamine and TMS programs. She is a strong advocate for integrating novel, research-based therapies into mental health treatment, recognizing their profound effectiveness in addressing difficult-to-treat disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her specialized training in both Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy supports our patients dealing with treatment-resistant depression (TRD), anxiety, OCD, and other challenging conditions.
