“
I like working at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry because it aligns deeply with how I see people: whole, capable, and full of untapped possibilities when the right conditions are in place. The work allows me to partner with clients in a meaningful, practical way, helping them build the structures and habits that improve their day-to-day quality of life. What stands out most is the collective wisdom and the collaborative, holistic environment, where diverse perspectives, unique gifts, talents, and insights come together to create real, creative value. It’s work that feels both human and fulfilling - and that matters to me.

Edward “Eddie” Korbal works with adolescents and adults to create the conditions that make focus, organization, and daily life feel more manageable and meaningful. His guiding belief is simple: conditions drive behavior. When the right supports, systems, and environments are in place, people are better able to move toward the lives they want to live. Eddie partners with clients to create those conditions, helping them experience less overwhelm, greater clarity, and an improved quality of life.
Eddie brings over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and families in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, where he has served as a Mental Health Specialist and Clinical Supervisor. Grounded in psychology, advanced graduate and doctoral training in leadership, organizational development, and change, certification in Neuro-Axiology, and his own lived experience with ADHD, he offers both deep understanding and practical strategies.
Inviting, calm, and collaborative, Eddie creates a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. He helps them clarify what matters most while building habits and systems that support more fulfilling lives—personally, professionally, and within their communities.
