Jeff Noonan holds a Master’s degree in Education from Wilmington University and brings over 20 years of experience working with adults and older teenagers with disabilities. His work has focused on supporting cognitive and executive functioning, helping individuals build the skills needed to succeed in both academic and professional settings.
Jeff has extensive experience assisting clients with identifying career paths, applying for and maintaining employment, and enrolling in and completing educational programs. He is passionate about helping people grow and reach their full potential at every stage of life.
His approach is supportive yet motivating, encouraging individuals to challenge themselves while ensuring they feel heard, comfortable, and confident throughout the process. As a father of two, with one child in high school and another in college, Jeff brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to his work, grounded in a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
