Laura has a passion for applying behavior analytic principles to real-life situations and brings over 10 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and therapist. She specializes in working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, autism spectrum disorders, and adjustment disorder.

She truly enjoys collaborating with parents and using tools like functional behavior assessments to create individualized behavior plans that promote meaningful skill development for clients and their families. Psychoeducation is a key part of Laura’s approach, along with designing plans tailored to each person’s unique needs. She is also excited to offer ADOS testing as part of a comprehensive assessment process.

Behavior analysts understand that people engage in behaviors that "work" for them. Laura values partnering with clients and their families to identify treatment goals and develop interventions that strengthen socially appropriate behaviors while reducing problematic ones. Through this work, she helps clients build essential skills and meaningful relationships—ultimately enhancing their quality of life. Her interventions are research-based and designed not only to support the individual client but also to create lasting, positive change for the entire family.
