  • Kalere is an Executive Functioning Coach who helps adolescents and adults strengthen their focus, organization, and follow-through—while overcoming the mental barriers that stand in the way of their goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Currently, she is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

With a background as a basketball player, Kalere discovered her passion for the connection between mindset and performance. She is pursuing certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and previously interned at a Division I university, where she supported athletes in developing the mental skills needed to enhance their performance and reach their potential.

While her roots are in sports and performance psychology, Kalere applies the same evidence-based principles to help individuals from all walks of life—including students, professionals, and neurodivergent clients—strengthen executive functioning, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for success. She is passionate about empowering others to cultivate confidence, resilience, and the skills necessary to thrive in school, work, and everyday life.
