Our team can help you process overwhelming situations, offer tools for emotional regulation, and build practical strategies to navigate everyday life.
Guidance from a behavior consultant
Whether it's learning how to handle sensory sensitivities, navigating social situations, or building routines that work for you, our behavior coaches provide personalized support every step of the way. Their goal is to help you gain confidence, independence, and the tools you need to thrive in your everyday life.
Joining one of our therapy groups
Our groups are designed to help individuals practice communication, learn how to read social cues, and connect with others in a safe, judgment-free space. Being part of a group allows you to practice real-world interactions, develop friendships, and gain confidence in navigating social settings. With guidance from our experienced therapists, you'll have the opportunity to learn at your own pace, while feeling supported by others who understand similar challenges. It’s a great way to grow socially while feeling part of a community.
Finding the right balance of medication
For some individuals, medication can assist with managing specific symptoms like anxiety, attention difficulties, sensory sensitivities, or emotional regulation. When tailored to your unique needs, the right medication can enhance your ability to focus, reduce overwhelming feelings, and help you feel more comfortable in everyday situations. Our doctors, can identify the right medication and dosage where the benefits are maximized and the side effects are minimized. With the right balance, medication can be a valuable tool in improving quality of life and supporting overall well-being.
Parent Coaching
With coaching, parents learn practical techniques for creating a supportive home environment, fostering social skills, and promoting emotional regulation. It also helps parents feel more confident in their ability to handle difficult situations, advocate for their child, and work as a team to encourage growth and independence. Ultimately, parent coaching strengthens the entire family’s ability to thrive together.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Organizing, planning, problem-solving, and managing time—these areas that can often be challenging. Our executive function coach can work with you one-on-one to help identify specific difficulties and create personalized strategies for staying organized, completing tasks, and navigating daily responsibilities.
Executive functioning coaching provides the tools needed to increase independence and confidence. This type of support helps individuals with autism develop practical skills that can lead to success in school, work, and daily life, while reducing feelings of overwhelm.
Working with our dietitian and functional medicine team
By addressing nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, gut health, picky eating, and metabolic imbalances, our team helps improve overall health, which can positively impact behavior, mood regulation, and cognitive function.
