As an executive function coach and organizer, Cyndi works with professionals, couples, families, and individuals of all ages to build the life they have always envisioned.
Cyndi's work allows individuals to thrive and strengthen cognitive skills that are essential for organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and life-long goals. Her passion is to help people strategize and execute plans for the future which start today.
Sessions focus on executive function skills including time management, focus, impulse control, emotional regulation, task initiation, problem-solving, and flexibility in thinking.
She also supports students who require assistance with study skills, reading, writing, time management, and organization. She works with high school and college students who are adjusting to the constantly changing landscape of education today.
