Jack is a licensed social worker, with specialization and experience with LGBTQ+ populations, neurodivergence, and those experience attachment trauma. Jack has been practicing for several years, and has training in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Jack buttresses this theoretical model with DBT, psychoanalysis, IFS, and the theories of Vygotsky.

Jack takes an approach seeking to contextualize the individual in their life and circumstances, and acknowledge all aspects of the person. In this way Jack seeks to help develop capacity in each client to be able to recognize and accept all parts of themselves.
