What is integrative yoga?

Yoga sheds light on our great tool for healing, which is ourselves. We are passionate about helping others find their light through integrative yoga. Our yoga teacher brings heart, authenticity, and intention to each class while building a sense of community and purpose.

Meet Our Yoga Instructor

Tracy Sciulli, LPC, RYT-200

My passion for deepening an understanding of the mind-body connection has been the compass for pursuing licensure as a therapist and certification as a yoga teacher.  In 2017, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with a cohort of mental health professionals at the Well-Being Center, LLC, in Ardmore, PA. In addition to my certification as a yoga teacher, I have expertise in understanding the impact of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork on healing processes.  My training and education as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, study as a Ph.D. student in Educational Psychology and Neuroscience, and practice of mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies are the foundation for creating yoga programs that match those healing processes to practical skills experienced in class and that can be used to cope daily.  It is a joy for me to see yoga positively impact the lives of others.

I teach from a trauma-informed perspective to offer safety, consistency, and accessibility to those who need it most.  I love to teach classes that have practical tools for supporting mental health and well-being built in. I thoughtfully sequence mindfulness-based strategies, breathwork, and physical practice to create an uplifting experience in my classes.  In addition to yoga, I love to be in nature hiking, baking in my kitchen, or spending time with friends and family.
