Applause

Applause Program

The Applause Program is a unique blend of group improv, acting, and mental health treatment. It offers a refreshing change from standard therapy, focusing on boosting confidence, improving social skills, overcoming social anxiety, battling depression, and reducing feelings of loneliness.

Participants find a sense of belonging, empowerment, and therapeutic relief in this artistic journey, leading to significant personal development and better mental health.

A Unique Theater & Improv Journey

Tailored Approach: Our program is uniquely guided by specialists in both behavior analysis and performing arts. We tailor each session to meet your individual goals and needs, taking insights from you and your family to ensure a personalized and effective experience.

Inclusive Approach: Our performing arts programs, with separate groups for adults and children/adolescents, are designed to address social skills, anxiety disorders, depression, and feelings of isolation. Through the engaging and therapeutic power of the arts, we offer a unique pathway to overcoming these challenges in a fun and supportive environment.

Flexible Participation: Participants have the option to attend single sessions or enroll in the full six-week series. Each class is beneficial on its own, but the most significant gains come from completing the entire series. If you sign up for all six sessions in advance, you'll enjoy a 10% discount.

$75 for Each Class

10% off if you sign up for all 6 at once.

Text us at 610-999-6414 for the next session!
