2. Complete your intake
Provide your child’s medical history, symptoms, current treatments, and relevant PANS/PANDAS history through our secure medical questionnaire.
3. Clinical review
A licensed clinician reviews your child’s information to determine whether Leucovorin treatment may be appropriate. If your state requires a live clinical evaluation, we’ll help you schedule a telehealth appointment.
4. Begin treatment
If appropriate, you’ll receive an initial 12–16 week treatment plan and prescription, along with guidance on dosing and what to monitor.
5. Stay connected
Additional provider support and follow-up appointments are available when needed for a fee.
