Allison is an Executive Functioning Coach, Life Coach, and Special Education Teacher. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and her Master’s in Special Education from Hunter College in New York. Over the years, she has collaborated with a wide range of professionals and supported a diverse student population. Allison helps families navigate challenges with compassion, structure, and attention to detail—empowering students to develop learning strategies and life skills that build confidence and independence.
She specializes in supporting individuals with time management, organization, and study skills, as well as helping them create and maintain daily routines grounded in a growth mindset. Her coaching approach emphasizes practical tools that help students reach their goals while fostering long-term resilience and self-efficacy.
In her sessions, clients focus on executing plans and developing personalized strategies to overcome executive functioning challenges. Together, Allison works with each client to design a customized approach that aligns with their unique needs and goals.
