Dr. Feeney graduated from West Virginia University with masters and doctoral degrees integrating e-learning, counseling, and behavior analysis with Julie Skinner Vargas, daughter of ABA pioneer B. F. Skinner.

"Dr. Dave" is a Licensed Behavior Specialist with 25 years' experience helping families with autism, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, and many others navigate behavior change. He is experienced working with children, teens, parents, and families in his consultative approach. Dr. Feeney is a champion of “E-haviorism” - behavior services delivered 100% online.

Since 1998, Dr. Feeney has held full time leadership positions in higher education, managing digital degree programs at Temple University, Seton Hall University, Strayer University, and more.

Today, Dr. Feeney provides behavior consulting and parent training 100% online. Dr. and Mrs. Feeney are proud parents of an adult son with autism who drives, works 2 jobs, and lives independently.
