Dominika Honicka-Latos, MS, LPC, NCC is a highly experienced clinician and clinical supervisor with a strong background in psychotherapy, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. She has over two decades of experience working in various clinical settings, both in the United States and Poland, where she has provided psychotherapy, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities.
Currently, Dominika serves as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinician at Pan American Behavioral Health Services in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, she provides individual psychotherapy using an eclectic approach, supervises therapists, conducts comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations, and develops treatment plans. She is also responsible for training staff, overseeing documentation compliance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, she plays a key role in preparing for CBH, State, and CARF accreditation inspections.
Prior to this, she worked as a Charge Nurse at Horsham Clinic, where she provided direct care to mental health patients, managed crisis interventions, and ensured proper medication administration. She applied de-escalation techniques, participated in treatment planning, and collaborated with psychiatrists and behavioral health teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Dominika has also held the role of Direct Clinical Supervisor at Tree of Life Behavioral Health Services, overseeing the supervision of therapists, managing crisis interventions, and acting as a liaison between the clinic and external agencies, including legal and healthcare institutions. Her expertise in compliance and accreditation processes has contributed to the clinic's successful adherence to CBH, State, and JCAHO regulations.
Her extensive background in psychotherapy includes years of direct practice at Tree of Life Behavioral Health Services and New Life Community Health Services, where she conducted individual and family therapy, facilitated chemical dependency treatment, and completed comprehensive psychological evaluations. Her work has spanned a wide range of mental health conditions, including addiction, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues.
Dominika began her career in Poland, where she worked at Warsaw Psychiatric Clinic and Psychiatric Hospital Tworki, providing psychotherapy, addiction counseling, and specialized treatment for eating disorders. Her international experience has given her a unique perspective on mental health care and treatment strategies.
