I chose to intern at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry because it embraces a variety of modalities, including nutrition therapy, meditation, and other holistic practices that support whole-person healing and counseling. This integrative approach aligns with my belief that true wellness goes beyond simply treating symptoms. I value Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry’s commitment to addressing both physical and emotional health, and being part of a team that honors the mind–body connection is both inspiring and meaningful to me.

  • As a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional in training, I bring several years of hands-on experience working with individuals across a range of challenges, including Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), anxiety disorders such as panic disorder and social anxiety disorder. My background also includes extensive experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, which began during my highschool studies and has continued to shape my client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach.

In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I completed a clinical practicum focused on adult clients dealing with substance use disorders and comorbid mental health conditions. This experience deepened my understanding of dual diagnosis treatment, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

I’m passionate about building strong therapeutic alliances, promoting resilience, and creating inclusive, nonjudgmental spaces for growth.
