Kendra Prescott is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience empowering individuals and groups from a person-centered, strength-based and solution-focused approach. Her work is trauma-informed and guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which has a strong emphasis on mindfulness and supporting a purpose-driven life. Kendra specializes in experiential therapies including Walk & Talk, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. The evolution of her work has led to the founding of GROUND LLC, providing an opportunity to stay, and heal, immersed in nature with luxury canvas tents. In addition, Kendra has facilitated leadership development programs for large international companies and consulted on organizational development projects for small to medium organizations. She mostly works with adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and with those seeking to improve their quality of life.
